Imported coal slurry tank agitator- Mechanical performance guarantee
The mixer we provide should be a device with years of successful use experience and proven to be well-designed. According to our requirements for normal maintenance and under normal operating conditions, the mixer is designed to have a service life of at least 20 years and continuous production of at least 3 years. The seller shall provide operating conditions and maintenance manuals.
(1) Motor design continuous operation time: 100000 hours;
(2) Design service life of reducer bearings (L10): 60000 hours; The service coefficient of the reducer shall not be less than 1.75.
(3) The overall design service life of the reducer is 20 years;
(4) The transmission efficiency of the reducer reaches 97%;
(5) The ratio of the operating speed of the shaft to the critical speed of the agitator is less than 0.7;
(6) The noise level at a distance of 1.0m from the reducer is less than 85 decibels;

Quality Assurance
The provided equipment is guaranteed to be error free in design, defect free in manufacturing, and free from inferior materials. During the warranty period, any quality issues with equipment components caused by the seller (excluding normal wear and tear of vulnerable parts and components) will be repaired and replaced free of charge by the seller. The seller shall actively cooperate with the buyer to handle any equipment problems caused by reasons not attributable to the seller. The equipment provided by the seller must be a brand new product that meets technical requirements, and its manufacturing and inspection should comply with new national and industry standards and specifications. The equipment can only be shipped after passing the inspection and needs to be shipped together with the equipment
Provide relevant inspection reports. The seller shall ensure that the products sold are made of designated materials, have numerous installation examples, and are brand new products with rich usage experience. The seller shall guarantee that the products will perform normally after 18 months of delivery or 12 months of operation, whichever comes first, with correct installation, fixation, operation, and maintenance.
The following are not within the scope of guarantee:
(1) Normal wear and tear of equipment;
(2) Buyer's incorrect disassembly and abnormal operation;
(3) Inappropriate installation and maintenance by the buyer
